Nicole is a third-generation Nevadan and Director of Government Affairs at Tom Clark Solutions, specializing in policy at the intersection of outdoor recreation, economic development, and education. As Executive Director of Public Policy for the Nevada Outdoor Business Coalition, she lobbies at the local and state levels to advance policies that support sustainable tourism, expand access to public lands, and strengthen outdoor-driven economies. She also serves as a Washoe County Parks and Open Spaces Commissioner, helping guide regional planning and investment in outdoor infrastructure.
