Marcia Hurd has been involved with the Lincoln County Authority of Tourism (LCAT) for 10 years and has played an active role in the transition from a simple tourism support group to a more focused destination development organization. Marcia’s experience as a business owner in the office automation and computer industry has allowed her analytical thinking to advance ideas and concepts toward a stronger visualization of tourism growth objectives. She has had many roles in community service leadership and maintains a commitment to continue to match needs to solutions. Forward thinking, partnership building, and out-of-the-box concept development have been strong assets that she brought into the 3D Project.
