Kaitie Worobec is a Sustainable Tourism Specialist at the Travel Foundation, a global non-profit dedicated to ensuring that tourism has a positive impact on destinations. She helps shape strategy and build capacity for destination organizations and tourism businesses alike, and is proud to have supported Travel Nevada in the development of the state’s first Destination Stewardship Plan.

Kaitie holds an MSc in Responsible Tourism Management from Leeds Beckett University and brings expertise in destination stewardship, climate action, and sustainable tourism strategy. She is based in Kelowna, Canada and outside of work, you’ll find her social dancing, hiking, paddle boarding or enjoying great food and wine.
