Hayley started her journey in tourism working for a Marriott and Hilton property in upstate New York where she trained in every department that operates a hotel. Her last year there she was overseeing sales for the event spaces and group room bookings.

After five years of working at the hotels she was brought on as the first local employee to bring LEGOLAND® New York Resort to fruition. She developed Merlin Entertainments first Community Relations department, oversaw system integrations, SOP development, town and planning board meetings and relationships, launched LEGOLAND® Vacations, lead the charity of Merlin’s Magic Wand, all while supporting park and resort openings. The opening of this project was a huge undertaking and impact to the county. It’s become a huge drive of tourism to the Hudson Valley and her commitment to the industry only continued to grow. After five years with Merlin Entertainments, she moved to Manhattan to open Great Jones Distilling Company where she developed strategies on the sales, marketing and events team.

After the opening of the distillery, she joined the team at Legends as the Trade and Tourism Manager at One World Observatory at the top of the Freedom Tour leading the sales team and strategies. She helped to bring new ideas and new business relationships to this major tourist attraction. She was able to re-establish their reputation in the tourism industry after the pandemic and drive strategies that increased their sales. After her successful tenure with Legends, she has since joined Alon Tourism Solutions as the Director of Sales & Operations to help grow the business. It was always a goal of hers to be able to help multiple destinations, multiple businesses and people achieve their tourism goals.
