Elizabeth Hill

Economic Development Specialist

Elizabeth Hill is an Economic Development Specialist with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), serving Nevada’s entrepreneurs since April 2019. In her role, Elizabeth advances the SBA’s mission by helping small businesses start strong, grow strategically, expand confidently, and build long-term resilience.

With a career rooted in public service and economic advancement, Elizabeth brings a broad perspective to her work. Prior to joining the SBA, she served with the Churchill Economic Development Authority, the Fallon Paiute Shoshone Tribal Court, and the Churchill County District Attorney’s Office. This diverse experience allows her to navigate the intersection of business development, government systems, and community impact with both insight and practicality.

A 37-year resident of rural northern Nevada, Elizabeth is deeply committed to strengthening the communities she calls home. She is especially passionate about ensuring rural and underserved entrepreneurs understand and access the resources available to help them succeed.

Outside the office, you’ll likely find Elizabeth embracing the Nevada outdoors with her family — hunting, fishing, camping, boating, or riding quads across the high desert she proudly calls home.
