As a longtime Nevada resident, Alida Ceballos brings extensive leadership and political experience to her role as State Director at USDA Rural Development, having successfully led President Trump’s Nevada campaign in 2024. Prior to joining President Trump’s campaign, she gained a broad understanding of Nevada political stakeholders, data, and policy as the Executive Director of the Nevada Republican Party, where she built a robust candidate recruitment and training infrastructure while also modernizing constituent feedback processes for state and federal legislators. She is dedicated to streamlining resources and support for the heartland of Nevada.
