Mitch Bach is a partner at Tourpreneur, a global network of 17,000 small tour business owners, and the co-founder and CEO of TripSchool, the world’s largest independent tour guide training school with over 5,000 graduates worldwide. He has spent the past 25 years helping travel industry design and deliver unforgettable travel experiences. He helps new tourism businesses thrive, and also consults with established companies on storytelling, experience design, guide training and tour technology. Past clients include Google, Facebook, Disney, Intrepid Travel, GetYourGuide, Globus, and The Travel Corporation. He lives in Brooklyn with his dog Pip.
