A graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, with a degree in Hotel Administration and certifications in Tourism, Leticia built her career working with top-tier hospitality brands. She spent over 17 years holding various leadership roles at The Venetian Las Vegas, representing the hotel in the Latin American market and establishing strong relationships with international partners. Before launching her company, she also collaborated with Hotelbeds, one of the world’s leading bedbanks.
